Role Summary We’re looking for a Zoho One expert to design, build, and run multiple automated drip campaigns using Zoho CRM + Zoho Campaigns (and related Zoho One apps as needed). You will own the end-to-end workflow: segmentation, automation logic, templates, testing, execution, reporting, and ongoing optimization. Key Responsibilities 1) Campaign Strategy + Architecture Translate campaign goals into drip sequences (welcome, nurture, re-engagement, post-demo, abandoned lead, etc.). Define and document multi-campaign architecture (how contacts move between campaigns, suppression rules, and prioritization). 2) CRM Data + Segmentation Build lead/contact segments using CRM fields, tags, scores, lifecycle stages, source, and behaviors. Ensure data hygiene: required fields, deduping rules, consent/opt-in status, and list management. 3) Automation Build (Zoho One) Configure workflow rules, Blueprints, scoring, assignment rules, and alerts in Zoho CRM. Build drip logic using: Zoho Campaigns automation (time delays, triggers, branching) CRM workflows + functions (Deluge) where needed Create rules for: Entry/exit criteria Pauses and cooldowns Suppression / do-not-contact Campaign conflict resolution (prevent double-enrollment) 4) Content + Templates (Execution-Ready) Build reusable email templates (branding, personalization tokens, dynamic blocks). Set up subject line variants, A/B tests, and compliance footers. 5) Testing + QA Test in sandbox/staging where possible. Validate triggers, merge fields, link tracking, unsubscribe behavior, and campaign membership logic. Create a “go-live checklist” and rollback plan. 6) Reporting + Optimization Track funnel performance: delivered/open/click/reply, conversions, stage movement, and attribution. Provide weekly/monthly dashboards and recommendations (timing, copy, segmentation, rules). 7) Documentation + Handoff Document all workflows, campaign maps, field usage, and SOPs. Train internal team on how to operate and safely modify campaigns. Required Skills / Qualifications Proven experience implementing Zoho One, specifically: Zoho CRM workflows/Blueprints/scoring Zoho Campaigns automation and list management Strong knowledge of CRM data models, segmentation, and lifecycle design Experience building multi-stream drip campaigns without contact overlap issues Email deliverability and compliance basics (CAN-SPAM / opt-in management) Bonus: Deluge scripting, Zoho Flow, webhooks, API integrations Nice-to-Haves Experience with lead routing, SLA rules, and sales handoff automation Landing pages/forms (Zoho Forms / Zoho LandingPage) and UTM governance CRM analytics (Zoho Analytics) dashboarding Deliverables (What “Done” Looks Like) Campaign Map for each drip campaign (visual + written logic) Segments/lists + entry/exit rules Built automations in Zoho Campaigns + CRM workflows Templates + personalization tested QA results + go-live checklist Performance dashboard + optimization plan SOP documentation Execution Cadence / Ongoing Work Launch 1–2 campaigns initially, then scale to multiple concurrent campaigns Weekly optimization + monthly reporting Ongoing troubleshooting and improvements Engagement Details (fill in) Contract/Part-time/Full-time: ______ Hours per week: ______ Start date: ______ Time zone overlap: ______ Application Requirements Please include: Examples of Zoho CRM/Campaigns automations you built (screenshots or descriptions) How you prevent double-enrollment and manage suppression across multiple drips Your approach to QA/testing and reporting
