I am developing the MMS Compliance Portal, a multi-tenant SaaS platform for Masjids and Madrasahs in England. The system is governance-focused and designed to support trustees and managers in meeting rules compliance expectations through structured task management, policy review tracking, safeguarding metadata logging (not case file storage), audit logs, reminders, and controlled document uploads. The platform includes role-based access (Manager, Trustee, Safeguarding Lead) and strict organisation-level data isolation. In addition, I intend to implement a basic AI layer that allows users to ask compliance questions restricted to the manual content, with admin approval and ticket escalation where required. The goal is to build a secure, privacy-first, lean but scalable architecture within Bubble (without overengineering or external microservices at this stage), suitable for a niche governance sector rather than a high-growth VC product. I am looking for a realistic milestone-based proposal covering Stage 1 (manual + reminders) and Stage 2 (task engine + audit controls + basic AI layer).
