There is a custom “Outcome” button inside the contact/opportunity view that opens a dropdown (No Show, Follow Up, In Progress, Failed to Close, Credit Fail, DNQ, Final Payment, etc.). I want my account to look and function the exact same way. Scope: • Recreate the same UI experience (custom Outcome dropdown inside client profile) • Each outcome must trigger automation immediately • Based on the selected outcome, the opportunity must move automatically to a pipeline + stage that I define • Must work consistently for every call • Clean backend architecture (no messy workaround logic) • Scalable system This is not just about creating a basic workflow.
