One of the areas I am responsible for at my job is Customer Satisfaction measurement. We send out surveys to our customers after they purchase a product so we know how we are doing in some key areas. An agency designed our surveys in SurveyMonkey.com, as well as the system to consolidate the data so it makes sense. I export the data out of SurveyMonkey and into a google spreadsheet, which is integrated into a Google Looker Studio dashboard they created. Recently, I created a new survey with all new questions, so I need to create a new Looker Studio Dashboard to track our results. Like our past Looker Studio Dashboard, I want to see our results broken up by business quarter and year (ie., Q1 2026, Q2 2026, etc.), and have graphs. If you are interested, I can provide access to the last Dashboard, which will make things very clear...but I have included a few screenshots to give an idea of the different pages of the dashboard. As you would be able to see when I share the current dashboard, there are different ways to slice the data. By date, product selected, etc. I would also like to see the total number of responses for each question, which will allow me to see if the data is statistically significant or not. With our new survey, I've added 2 open type fields. I'm not sure how to display those customer comments, as we haven't done that in the past. So, open to your suggestions.
