We are looking for an experienced automation and API integration specialist to build a workflow that connects GoHighLevel (GHL), Zendesk, Stripe, and Google Sheets. This is not a basic Zapier task — we need someone comfortable working with custom objects, associations, APIs, and conditional logic. Project Overview We need to automate the following process: GoHighLevel (GHL) – Custom Objects & Associations - A new Work Request is submitted in GoHighLevel as a Custom Object. The system must: - Associate the Work Request with the relevant Contact record - Associate it with another Custom Object called Sub-Accounts - Ensure proper relational linking between objects Zendesk Ticket Creation When a Work Request is created: - Automatically create a new ticket in Zendesk Include: Requester name Email Company name Relevant Work Request details Sub-Account details (if applicable) Proper ticket tags and categorization Google Sheets Entry - Automatically log the request into a structured Google Sheet Include: - Timestamp - Contact details - Company - Work Request type - Subscription status (from Stripe) - Subscription plan type - Ticket ID (from Zendesk) Stripe Subscription Check Query Stripe API to: - Check if customer has an active subscription - Identify subscription status (active, canceled, trial, past_due, etc.) - Identify subscription plan type Pass this information into: - Zendesk ticket - Google Sheet Technical Requirements You should have: - Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) Custom Objects & API - Experience integrating Zendesk API - Experience with Stripe API (subscriptions) - Experience with Google Sheets API Experience with: - Webhooks - REST APIs - JSON payloads - Authentication (OAuth / API keys) Bonus: Experience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n) OR building custom middleware Expected Deliverables - Fully working automation flow - Proper error handling - Logging / failover strategy Clear documentation of: - How the workflow works - API connections used - How to maintain it - Loom walkthrough (preferred) Ideal Candidate: - Has built multi-platform SaaS automations before - Understands data relationships and object associations - Can suggest best architecture (middleware vs direct API calls) - Communicates clearly - Works independently To Apply Please include: - Examples of similar API automation projects - Which tools you would use and why - Estimated timeline - Estimated cost
