We're a B2B SaaS company. We help mid-size organizations get real adoption out of Microsoft Dynamics 365. We’re hiring a part-time marketer (about 15 hours/week) to drive qualified pipeline consistently. This is not a content role. If you measure your value by “posts shipped,” do not apply. Your mission Generate ICP-fit conversations and leads, and prove it with data. You'll own messaging, distribution, and community presence. You'll be measured on qualified ICP engagement and conversion on the assets and channels you own. Not post count. Not vanity metrics. Microsoft ecosystem fluency Our buyers are VPs of Sales, Directors of Business Applications / Dynamics CRM owners, and CIOs running Dynamics 365. You must already understand their world and language. If you need to Google “what is Dynamics 365,” this is not for you. US time zone availability You must work in a US time zone with reliable overlap during normal US business hours. What you'll do Sharpen messaging that makes the right buyers self-identify fast and repels bad-fit leads. Create bold, opinionated content across text, video, and visuals. Build downloadable assets and lead magnets that live on our website and drive inbound interest. Produce video content for our YouTube channel that educates and attracts our ICP. Participate in communities like a real human, not a spam bot. Pitch insights to get VisualSP quoted and referenced by credible Microsoft voices. Improve traffic and conversion on the pages and offers we focus on. AI tools usage is mandatory We expect you to use AI tools as leverage, like “sub-employees,” to research, create, repurpose, distribute, and optimize. If your AI usage is basic prompt-and-post, this is not a fit. Weekly scoreboard Every week you'll report numbers only: ICP-fit leads and conversations generated, traffic to key pages, conversion improvements, earned mentions secured, and one honest take on what worked, what didn't, and what changes next week. What we need from you You're proactive, fast, and outcome-obsessed. You have taste in design, copy, and video. You write with authenticity, directness, and humor without tipping into cringe.
