Cold Outreach SDR – Freelance | Localistico Type: Freelance | Commitment: 10–15 hrs/week | Start: ASAP | Focus markets: UK, Spain About Localistico We're the leading local marketing and analytics platform for multi-location brands. Clients like McDonald's, Starbucks, and Movistar use us to manage their local presence, analyze customer behavior, and run hyper-local campaigns — from Google Business Profiles to targeted ads. What You'll Do Build and manage cold email campaigns targeting multi-location brands (retail chains, restaurant groups, real estate agencies, financial services, telecom) using Apollo.io, Lemlist, or similar tools Write high-converting 3–7 touch email sequences for Marketing Directors, CMOs, and Digital Managers at companies with 30+ physical locations Create and segment ICP lists across target verticals Develop messaging around local SEO, multi-location visibility, reputation management, and local ads Set up and manage A/B tests on subject lines, value propositions, and CTAs Monitor and optimize open rates, reply rates, and meeting booking rates Maintain inbox health and sender reputation Report weekly on campaign performance with actionable insights Iterate continuously based on data to improve conversion rates Your role ends once a qualified meeting is booked — our Account Executive team takes it from there. What We're Looking For 3+ years in B2B SaaS cold outreach or SDR roles Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar Strong copywriting skills — you write emails busy executives actually respond to Data-driven and self-directed — you optimize without being asked Fluent in English (written and spoken) Available for weekly syncs in European time zones Nice to have: experience with retail/hospitality brands, knowledge of local SEO or Google Business Profile, CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) Compensation Open to monthly retainer, per-qualified-meeting fee, or a hybrid model.
