We’re looking for a freelancer to support the development of an AI-powered lead qualification chatbot, alongside both inbound and outbound AI voice agents, for a Sage reseller client. We are currently driving paid traffic (Google Ads and related channels) to a dedicated landing page. The chatbot’s role will be to engage visitors in a structured conversation, qualify them based on key ERP-related criteria, capture their details, and seamlessly book consultations via Calendly. The experience needs to feel natural, concise, and commercially focused. In addition, we require an AI voice solution fully integrated with Zoho CRM. The outbound agent should proactively call existing leads within Zoho to nurture, qualify, and open opportunities. The inbound voice agent should manage incoming enquiries, capture structured data (name, company, ERP system, requirements, etc.), and either log opportunities directly into Zoho or route appropriately.
