Social Media & Marketing Coordinator - Part-Time (Email + Funnels + Strategy) | AUD | AWST Time Zone We’re hiring a part-time Social Media & Marketing all-rounder who can help us grow our brand online 20 hours per week). This is not just posting - we need someone who is exceptional at graphic design, can execute social content to a high standard, and can run the marketing system behind it (emails + funnels + lead capture + follow-up). We already have a brand kit (it may need refining), and we work with a video editor, so your focus is on world-class graphics + consistent execution, plus building and maintaining simple automations that turn social interest into booked calls. What you’ll do: - Create premium, on-brand graphics (carousels, stories, promos, thumbnails) using our brand kit - Refine and systemise our brand assets into a reusable template library - Build a simple monthly content plan with our AI and execute weekly posting/scheduling - Coordinate with our video editor to repurpose video into branded social assets Set up/maintain lead capture + follow-up: - social → form/CRM → email follow-up → booking link - Build and send email newsletters and basic email sequences - Track performance and improve the plan over time (simple reporting) Non-negotiables: - We need outstanding graphic design fundamentals (typography, hierarchy, spacing, layout) - Advanced Canva skills (Canva that looks premium, not templated) — Adobe/Figma a plus - Proven portfolio of high-quality social design work - Comfortable setting up and running basic automations (Zapier or Make) Hours: 15–20 hrs/week (ongoing) Remote: Yes (AU time zone preferred) To apply, please include: - Portfolio link (carousels + brand systems preferred) - Tools you use (Canva/Adobe/Figma + Zapier/Make + email platform) - Example of a funnel/automation you’ve built (short description is fine) Looking forward to receiving your applications.
