We're a lead generation agency that runs Meta ad campaigns for luxury interior designers and home service companies. We need a media buyer who can both create ad creatives and manage campaigns end to end. This is an ongoing role, not a one-off project. You'll be managing real client budgets and will be expected to hit cost-per-lead targets. If you perform well, there's room to take on additional client accounts as we scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Build and launch Meta ad campaigns from scratch (Facebook + Instagram) - Create ad creatives – static images, carousels, and basic video edits (Canva, Figma, or CapCut) - Write ad copy and test hooks, angles, and offers - Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance daily, and optimize for CPL - Set up and manage A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and copy - Report weekly on key metrics: CPM, CTR, CPL, and lead quality - Work within our CRM (GoHighLevel) to ensure lead flow is connected properly REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years running Meta ads with proven results (share screenshots or case studies) - Experience creating ad creatives, not just managing campaigns - Strong understanding of the Meta algorithm – you know why editing a live ad set kills performance - Comfortable working in the home services or luxury/lifestyle space (interior design experience is a plus) - Familiar with instant forms, lead gen objectives, and retargeting setups - Can communicate clearly and respond within 24 hours on weekdays - Bonus: Experience with GoHighLevel, Zapier, or similar CRM/automation tools TO APPLY: Please include in your proposal: - A brief overview of your Meta ads experience and the niches you've worked in - 1–2 examples of campaigns you've managed with results (CPL, ROAS, or similar metrics) - Examples of ad creatives you've made (images, videos, or both) - Your monthly rate or per-client pricing structure - Your availability and timezone
