We are hiring an AI-Savvy Growth & Operations Assistant to support a founder building an AI conference and year-round AI marketplace. This role includes managing speaker and sponsor follow-ups, lead generation on LinkedIn, drafting and responding to emails, posting strategically in social groups, designing Canva-based content, maintaining CRM and project trackers, and operating AI tools to automate workflows. You should be comfortable using AI daily to increase speed and quality of output. This is not a basic virtual assistant role — we are looking for someone who understands automation, execution, and growth support for a fast-moving founder.
