I’m looking for a senior-level Klipfolio expert who can both architect advanced dashboards and train me to confidently manage the system myself. This engagement is heavily focused on knowledge transfer. I do not want a dependency relationship. I want to understand how the data is structured, how APIs are connected, and how dashboards are built and maintained. The goal is to design and implement scalable executive dashboards across Revenue, Operations, and Departments using clean data modeling and direct API integrations (Asana, QuickBooks Online, Zoho, etc.). Scope: • Architect a scalable data structure across platforms • Connect and normalize APIs (Asana, QBO, Zoho, others as needed) • Build: • Revenue Dashboards • Operations Dashboard • Department-Level Dashboards • Ensure automation, reliability, and maintainability • Train me throughout the entire process Critical Requirements: • Advanced Klipfolio expertise • Strong API integration experience (direct API experience preferred) • Experience with financial and operational data • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts in plain English • Strong verbal communication skills (must speak clear, fluent English) • Comfortable teaching live during screen-share sessions • Structured documentation habits This role requires someone who can slow down, explain their decisions, and build while teaching.
