Overview We’re hiring a high-level GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist to build and optimize automated systems inside a growing credit repair company. This role is focused on workflow architecture, CRM logic, and automation performance — not basic data entry. If you understand triggers, conditional logic, tagging strategy, and pipeline optimization inside GHL, this is for you. What You’ll Be Responsible For Building and optimizing workflows, triggers, tags, and campaigns in GHL Designing automated onboarding flows (intake → contract → payment → activation) Setting up lead capture forms, booking calendars, and pipeline automations Creating SMS/email follow-up sequences for lead nurturing and retention Troubleshooting workflow conflicts and logic errors Integrating GHL with Zapier and external tools Improving response time, booking rate, and client activation metrics Required Experience Proven experience working inside GoHighLevel (must provide examples) Deep understanding of workflows, tags, triggers, pipelines, and automation logic Experience with Zapier or API integrations Strong attention to detail Fluent English communication Availability during US business hours (or partial overlap)
