We’re looking for a Backend Engineer who thrives at the intersection of fintech, APIs, and modern infrastructure. What You’ll Do: -Build and scale the backend systems that power our SaaS platform. -Develop and maintain robust API integrations with multiple third-party services. -Work closely with the AI team to integrate and build around AI-powered APIs. -Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure smooth communication between backend services and our Next.js applications. -Own projects end-to-end — from design and architecture to implementation and deployment. -Contribute to technical strategy, tooling decisions, and best practices. -Ensure systems are performant, secure, and scalable. What We’re Looking For: -Strong backend engineering background with experience in fintech SaaS products. -Proficiency with Python and familiarity with Next.js or modern JavaScript frameworks. -Experience building and scaling API integrations with external platforms. -Hands-on experience working with AI APIs or automation tools is a big plus. -Solid understanding of backend architecture, databases, and system design. -Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with high ownership. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
