We are a real estate investing company focused on creative deal structuring (owner finance, subject-to, etc.). We are building an internal tool to help our team analyze properties faster and make better deal decisions. We are looking for an experienced AI + full stack developer to build a system that allows us to input a property address and quickly generate: • Comparable sales and active listings • ARV estimate • Rent comps • Market trends and days on market • Equity and profit potential • A simple deal analysis dashboard The goal is speed, simplicity, and scalability. This will be used by our internal team first and may later become a SaaS product. You should be comfortable working with APIs, real estate data sources, automation, and AI tools to generate insights. We care more about practical problem-solving and execution than theory. This is an initial build with the potential for a long-term relationship. To apply, please include: 1.
