About the Role We are seeking an experienced Kajabi Platform Developer & Consultant to help us design, build, and launch a comprehensive mental health Continuing Education Unit (CEU) platform and consulting program. About the Project Our organization is building a Kajabi-based platform that will deliver CEU-accredited courses, workshops, and consulting services for mental health practitioners including therapists, counselors, social workers, and psychologists. The platform will serve as a one-stop hub for professional development, certification tracking, and clinical consulting. Key Responsibilities Platform Development Design and build a fully functional Kajabi site including homepage, sales pages, course portals, and checkout flows Set up and configure online courses, membership sites, and digital products within Kajabi Integrate email marketing automations, pipelines, and sequences to nurture leads and onboard students Implement custom branding, themes, and design elements to create a polished, professional appearance Configure payment gateways, pricing tiers, bundles, and subscription models CEU Program Setup Structure and organize CEU course content to meet accreditation and compliance standards (NBCC, APA, NASW, or relevant bodies) Set up certificate generation and automated delivery upon course completion Build quizzes, assessments, and completion tracking to meet CEU requirements Create a streamlined user experience for learners to track, download, and manage their CEU certificates Advise on best practices for CEU course formatting, content delivery, and learner engagement Consulting Program Build-Out Design the structure and delivery model for a consulting program within Kajabi (group coaching, 1:1 sessions, or hybrid) Set up scheduling integrations (e.g., Calendly, Acuity) and coaching portals Create onboarding workflows, intake forms, and automated client communications Develop sales funnels and landing pages to attract consulting clients Assist in packaging and pricing consulting offerings for maximum conversion
