GO HIGH LEVEL SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR – B2B SPEAKING & TRAINING BUSINESS ABOUT US We are a corporate training and speaking business specializing in joy-driven leadership, goal setting, and networking workshops. We work exclusively with B2B clients—corporations and conference planners who hire us to transform their teams. Our mission: empower dreams, elevate teams, transform organizations. Additionally, our founders first book comes out this year therefore we are adding on B2C clients in the form of book sales and events. THE ROLE We're looking for a Go High Level (GHL) expert to manage and optimize our entire marketing and automation system. You'll be the person behind the scenes ensuring every email reaches inboxes, every funnel converts, and every workflow runs smoothly. You own the operational success of our customer journey. I want to start this as a trial to see how we work together with the option of expanding to a regular partnership if it's mutually beneficial. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Email Marketing & Newsletter System - Send and manage monthly email newsletters to our audience - Monitor deliverability rates and implement optimization strategies - Track open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics - A/B test subject lines and content to improve performance - Troubleshoot any delivery issues immediately Funnel Management & Optimization - Oversee our full sales funnel: website visitor → lead capture → contract delivery → payment processing - Ensure all automated sequences work flawlessly (lead nurture emails, follow-ups, etc.) - Flag items requiring my personal outreach and ensure timely reminders - Monitor conversion rates at each stage and identify bottlenecks - Implement improvements to increase conversion and close rates Social Media Management - Schedule and publish social media posts across all platforms - Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions) - Optimize posting times and content based on audience data - Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging SMS Campaign Management - Schedule SMS campaigns to our audience - Track delivery rates and engagement - Monitor SMS performance and optimize for response rates - Ensure compliance with messaging best practices Course & Learning Platform Optimization - Manage and optimize all courses within GHL - Ensure courses are fully functional, properly sequenced, and user-friendly - Test courses from a customer perspective - Fix any technical issues that arise - Track course completion and engagement metrics Website & Squarespace Integration - Manage our Squarespace website and ensure it's integrated seamlessly with GHL - Monitor and improve website SEO performance - Ensure all website-to-lead flows function properly - Update landing pages and website copy based on conversion data - Handle any Squarespace/GHL integration issues that arise DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of hands-on Go High Level platform expertise (required—no learning curve on our dime) - Proven track record managing B2B marketing funnels and email systems - Self-starter mentality: you identify problems independently and test solutions before presenting them - Comfortable with analytics dashboards—you diagnose issues by looking at data, not by asking questions - Proficiency with marketing automation, SMS platforms, and email deliverability best practices - Experience optimizing for open rates and conversion rates - Familiarity with B2B sales processes & cycles preferred - Squarespace experience or ability to learn it quickly - SEO knowledge or willingness to own basic SEO optimization - Solution-oriented: you bring answers, not just problems FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES As we scale, we'll expand your role to include: - Building and creating events within GHL - Proactive workflow maintenance and optimization - Calendar management and workflow updates - Target audience research and list building - Initial prospect outreach to schedule meetings WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - Email open rates recover to 40%+ (currently underperforming due to migration from Kit to GHL—you diagnose and fix this in week one) - All email campaigns deliver reliably with no spam complaints - Sales funnel conversion rates improve month-over-month - Workflows run without manual intervention or constant fixes - Website-to-lead funnel is optimized and tracked - You identify problems before they impact our business and bring solutions, not just questions - We trust you to make smart decisions about our systems without constant approval TIME COMMITMENT & RATES This is a part-time role (5-15 hours/month to start). We need someone efficient and system-focused—not someone learning on the job. Rates based on experience and proven GHL expertise. Apply with: 1. Your hourly rate 2.
