We're scaling our go-to-market motion and need a hands-on GTM automation expert to set up our outbound stack from the ground up. What You'll Do You will install, configure, and integrate two core GTM tools: Apollo.io Set up and configure the Apollo.io account (sequences, inboxes, domains) Build targeted prospect lists for RetailVision (retail, CPG, grocery, pharmacy buyers) and FaceTrace (security, fintech, HR tech buyers) Configure email sending infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) Set up outbound sequences and A/B test frameworks Clay.com Set up Clay workspace and connect data sources (Apollo, LinkedIn, enrichment providers) Build dynamic prospect enrichment tables for both product lines Create waterfall enrichment flows (email + LinkedIn + company data) Connect Clay outputs to Apollo or CRM for seamless handoff Integration & Handoff Connect Apollo ↔ Clay ↔ CRM (HubSpot) Document all workflows, naming conventions, and SOPs Train 1 internal team member on managing the stack Ideal Candidate 2+ years hands-on experience with Apollo.io and Clay.com Proven GTM automation setups (portfolio or case studies required) Experience with B2B SaaS outbound, ideally in AI, computer vision, retail tech, or security Strong understanding of email deliverability Bonus: experience with Instantly, Smartlead, or HubSpot sequences Deliverables Fully configured Apollo.io account with sequences live Clay enrichment tables built for RetailVision & FaceTrace ICPs Apollo ↔ Clay integration working end-to-end SOP documentation 1-hour walkthrough/training call
