We’re looking for an experienced Apollo.io + LinkedIn outreach specialist to set up and optimize our outbound motion end-to-end. This includes email + LinkedIn sequencing, automation, deliverability best practices, and a clean reporting dashboard so we can track performance by SDR and by campaign. We sell B2B services to US-based clinics. You’ll be working directly with our team to implement a repeatable outreach system that SDRs can run without constant rework. Scope of Work (What you will do): Apollo Setup & User Enablement Review current Apollo configuration and user settings Ensure inboxes/mailboxes are connected correctly for each SDR Standardize sequences so all SDRs can use the same approved sequences (no duplicates) Outreach Sequences (Email + LinkedIn) Build or refine 1–3 core outbound sequences (email-first with LinkedIn touchpoints) Configure personalization variables, rules, task steps, and timing Set up A/B tests where appropriate (subject lines, first-step copy, timing) Automation & Workflow Configure automation rules for lead routing, task creation, and sequence enrollment logic Implement safeguards to prevent mis-enrollment, duplicate touches, and over-contacting Set up process for onboarding new SDRs (so they can start using the same sequences immediately) Deliverability & Compliance Ensure sending best practices are followed (domains, warm-up guidance, volume ramp, bounce controls) Configure suppression lists and basic compliance guardrails Dashboard & Reporting Build a simple, usable reporting dashboard that shows: Sends, opens, replies, positive replies, meetings booked, meeting show rate Performance by SDR, by sequence, and by time period Set up a weekly reporting view and a quick “at-a-glance” executive snapshot Deliverables: Apollo configured for multi-user outbound with shared sequences 1–3 production-ready sequences (email + LinkedIn steps) with clear usage instructions Automation rules documented (what they do, how to modify) Reporting dashboard + baseline KPI definitions A short SOP for SDR onboarding + daily workflow Required Experience: 2+ years hands-on Apollo.io sequencing and automation (must be able to show examples) Strong LinkedIn outreach experience (Sales Navigator a plus) Experience setting up dashboards/reporting for outbound teams Understanding of email deliverability and outbound best practices Nice to Have: Experience selling into healthcare, clinics, or other regulated environments Experience with HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho integrations (if applicable) To Apply, please include: A brief summary of your Apollo + LinkedIn outreach experience Examples of sequences/dashboards you’ve built (screenshots or descriptions are fine) Your recommended approach for setting up shared sequences across multiple SDR mailboxes Your estimated timeframe and hourly rate or fixed-price proposal Budget: Open to hourly or fixed-price, based on experience and scope.
