Job Description We are looking for a highly experienced tracking specialist who understands the full funnel logic, not just Meta Pixel or CAPI setup. Context: We run paid Meta Ads for AZAV-funded digital training programs for insurance agencies in Germany. Leads enter via Meta Lead Forms and then move through a structured CRM and sales process. Our goal: Send only qualified downstream events back to Meta based on CRM logic, not just form submissions. This is NOT a simple Pixel setup job. What We Need We want to build a robust tracking architecture: Meta Lead Form → CRM integration → Lead qualification logic → Sales stages (Show / Offer Sent) → Server-side event transmission to Meta (CAPI) The core objective is to send meaningful conversion signals back to Meta as early as possible, but only for real, qualified leads. Technical Scope We need help with: • Designing the event architecture • CRM-based event triggering (NOT just browser events) • Server-side tracking setup • CAPI implementation with deduplication • Event prioritization • Possibly webhook-based solutions • Funnel-based custom conversions • Debugging and event validation We are especially interested in someone who understands: • CRM → Conversion API pipelines • Qualified lead optimization • Sales-stage-based event mapping • Automation platforms (Make / custom webhooks) • Offline conversion sync • Event Match Quality optimization Important This is NOT: ❌ “Install Meta Pixel” ❌ “Basic CAPI setup” ❌ “Google Tag Manager only” We are specifically looking for someone who has built tracking systems where CRM data defines conversion quality.
