We are looking for an experienced Monday.com expert to help us optimize, automate, and streamline our workflows inside Monday.com. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience building structured boards, automations, dashboards, and integrations for teams such as HR, IT, Operations, or Project Management. Scope of Work Set up and structure boards based on our business processes Build advanced automations and workflows Create dashboards and reporting systems Integrate Monday.com with other tools (Slack, Google Workspace, CRM, etc.) Improve existing setup for better efficiency and visibility Provide best-practice recommendations Requirements Proven experience with Monday.com (please share examples) Strong understanding of workflow automation Experience building dashboards and reporting systems Ability to translate business processes into structured boards Clear communication and documentation skills
