While not mandatory, background knowledge in the fitness industry is a strong advantage, including familiarity with: Online coaching businesses Fitness programming, client check-ins, and progress tracking Nutrition plans, compliance tracking, and habit-based coaching models How trainers, coaches, and clients interact inside fitness platforms Understanding the fitness coaching lifecycle will significantly improve your ability to design automations that actually work in real-world use — not just on paper.
