I have thousands of leads organized by Client ID.
I need someone to build a clean, professional call log and sales tracking system in Excel.
The goal is simple:
Every time I call a lead, I want to log that call under their Client ID, track the outcome, leave notes, and record whether I sold my service — and if so, which package (3 total packages).
This needs to be structured properly, scalable, and easy to use daily.
System Requirements
Core Structure:
• Master Lead List (with Client ID as primary key)
• Call Log sheet (multiple entries per Client ID)
• Each call must include:
Date & time
Call attempt number (auto-calculated)
Call outcome (dropdown: No Answer, Follow-Up, Not Interested, Interested, Sold, etc.)
Notes section
“Sold?” (Yes/No)
If Yes → dropdown to select:
Package A
Package B
Package C
Follow-up date (if applicable)
Additional Requirements:
• Clean structure (no messy formulas everywhere)
• Scalable for thousands of entries
• Basic automation where appropriate
• Dashboard summary (Total calls, Sales count, Sales per package, etc.)
• Easy for a small team to use daily
Important
This must be done in Excel, unless you strongly recommend a better system and can justify why it would be superior for call tracking at scale.
I do NOT want something overcomplicated.
I want simple, clean, efficient.
