We need a high-quality US-wide launch list (tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of businesses) across multiple trades, with verified contact details for owners or top decision-makers. Target industries (US-wide): Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping, handyman, pest control, roofing, gutters, pool maintenance, pressure washing, home improvement/construction. What you will deliver A deduped, structured dataset of residential-focused home-services businesses with: • Company name, trade/category, website/domain, phone, service area/city/state • Primary decision-maker (owner/principal/founder/president/GM), title, with their verified email and phone number. • Verified email(s) (and verification status) • Source/attribution fields (high-level, not proprietary detail) • Optional: review footprint fields (counts/ratings where available), social/profile links (if included) Quality requirements • Must be residential/home-services oriented (not primarily commercial/industrial contractors) • Strong data hygiene: standardized formatting, dedupe, suppression support (we’ll provide suppression list) • Email deliverability-safe: validation/verification required; avoid risky/unverified scraping methods • Finalists will be asked to provide a 200-row sample first with your confidence scoring + validation approach Skills & tools (examples) • B2B list building, data enrichment, email validation, deduping at scale • Experience with commercial data providers, enrichment platforms, and/or automation tools • Ability to explain approach at a high level, with a focus on compliance and data quality What to include in your proposal 1. A brief description of your high-level approach (no need to reveal proprietary details) 2. Which tools/data sources you typically use (names ok; no detailed playbook needed) 3. How you ensure the list is residential-focused (your filtering/scoring logic at a high level) 4. How you verify emails + what verification statuses you provide 5. Estimated achievable volume for US-wide, and what affects it (coverage limits, trade density, etc.) 6. A sample of past work (redacted) showing output format and quality fields 7. Begin your proposal with the words "7 Inclusions".
