We are looking for a high-level automation expert to build and optimize the technical backbone of the company. This role starts part-time but can quickly move to full-time for the right person. What This Role Actually Is You will be our: AI Automation & Systems Architect Not a task-based freelancer. You will design, build, and continuously improve: 1️⃣ Client Tracking Infrastructure Automated lead tracking from ad → CRM → call center → close Attribution tracking per ad, campaign, and source Real-time KPI dashboards (CPL, CPA, ROI, show rate, churn) Revenue tracking pipelines Slack alerts for key events Automated reporting to clients 2️⃣ Internal Operations Automation CSR performance tracking Sales pipeline tracking Commission automation Payment processor failure tracking Contract tracking Onboarding workflows Knowledge base AI search tools 3️⃣ AI & LLM Integration GPT / Claude API integrations Prompt systems for marketing AI qualification workflows AI-based lead scoring AI voice or chatbot integrations (if applicable) Internal AI copilots for team usage 4️⃣ Product Development Backend Building scalable systems for our Premium Projects Program Automation that allows scaling to 50–100 clients Standardized automation templates per niche Infrastructure for SaaS-style backend products Required Skill Set (Non-Negotiable) You must be very strong in: Make.com (advanced scenario building) GoHighLevel automation + API Webhooks & API integrations Google Sheets automation Airtable (preferred) LLM API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) Data structure & systems thinking Zapier (secondary) CRM architecture Slack automations Bonus if experienced in: Call tracking systems SaaS architecture Performance marketing backend tracking The Type of Person We Want Systems thinker (not task completer) Can design infrastructure from scratch Understands business metrics Thinks in leverage Proactive Extremely detail oriented Understands agency environments Fast executor Not intimidated by complexity We are willing to pay well for someone exceptional.
