We are hiring a Senior CRM & Automation Systems Architect to audit, simplify, rebuild, and fully install our CRM and automation backbone inside Elite360 or Go High Level. We previously had someone build our CRM. The system exists, but: • It is not clean • It is not simple • It is not clearly documented • The owner cannot confidently navigate or modify it • Some automations exist, some are incomplete • It may need partial or full rebuild Your job is to: Audit → Simplify → Rebuild (if needed) → Install → Test → Document → Review live. This must be done FAST. 🚨 Timeline & Urgency • Must start immediately • Must complete full rebuild in a couple days maximum • Entire system must be fully built, fully tested, and reviewed before the end of next week • Two live walkthrough review sessions required before final approval If you cannot work under tight deadlines, do not apply. 🏗 What You Will Build / Fix CRM Architecture • Clean pipeline stages • Clear stage transitions • No cluttered tags • No confusing categories • Executive-friendly structure Automation Layer Using Zapier and/or n8n: • Jotform → CRM integration • Auto SMS within 3–4 minutes • Deposit-triggered stage movement • Measurement reminder automation • Consultation reminders • Production tracking automation • Error detection & webhook monitoring • Duplicate prevention A2P 10DLC (CRITICAL) You are fully responsible for: • Brand registration • Campaign registration • Compliance alignment • SMS deliverability • Preventing carrier filtering • Full approval before final milestone payment If you do not have real A2P experience, do not apply. 📊 KPI Dashboard Must Include • Leads per week • Contact rate • Deposit conversion rate • Close rate • Revenue per week • Production timeline Owner must log in and understand business health in under 3 minutes. 🧠 Required Experience (Non-Negotiable) • Advanced Elite360 or Go High Level • A2P 10DLC registration • Zapier multi-step logic • n8n preferred • Webhooks & API familiarity • Automation debugging • CRM simplification (not just building) If you need training, this is not the role. 📹 Application Requirements (Mandatory) To be considered, you MUST include: A minimum 1-minute Loom video (camera on + screen share) In the video, confirm: You can start immediately You can complete the rebuild in a couple days max It will be fully tested and completed before end of next week Screen-share: A CRM pipeline you built A multi-step automation A dashboard No Loom = automatic rejection.
