This is not a short-term project role. We are hiring someone who wants stability, responsibility, and growth within an agency environment. Monthly salary-based engagement. Your Responsibilities • Fix and maintain existing client websites • Handle website updates, bug fixes, and performance improvements • Develop new websites from scratch • Manage day-to-day technical agency tasks • Communicate directly with clients and resolve issues independently • Ensure fast turnaround times • Follow deadlines strictly • Take ownership of projects Required Skills • Strong experience with WordPress and similar CMS platforms • Solid knowledge of PHP and JavaScript • Ability to handle custom design implementation • Comfortable troubleshooting live websites • Understanding of hosting, domains, and deployment • Familiar with AI tools and modern workflow automation • Laravel experience is a strong plus What We’re Looking For • Excellent English communication (written and spoken) • High availability and responsiveness • Professional mindset and accountability • Eagerness to learn and improve • Ability to work independently without constant supervision • Problem-solver attitude We want someone who can become the responsible technical backbone of the agency - not just a task executor.
