I'm building a fully automated recruitment pipeline for a specialist food & beverage + entertainment recruitment agency.
The architecture, workflows, Claude API prompts, Airtable database structure, and Google Drive folder organisation are already designed and documented in a detailed specification document. You are building to spec.
- Make.com workflows connecting Gmail, Google Drive, Airtable, Google Sheets, Claude AI API, PDF.co, and a third-party outreach tool into a single automated recruitment pipeline.
The 8 workflows:
CV Parser — Gmail attachment → Claude parses and classifies → writes to Airtable + Google Sheets simultaneously
Role Context Builder — JD/transcript/company deck dropped in Drive → Claude extracts structured brief
AI Candidate Ranking Engine — LinkedIn PDFs dropped in Drive → Claude ranks candidates against full role context → shortlist doc created and emailed
Invoice Generator — candidate marked Placed → PDF invoice generated → emailed to client → tracker updated
Briefing Call Integration — meeting transcript saved to Drive → Claude summarises → Airtable updated
LinkedIn Connection Accepted — LinkedIn notification email → candidate stage updated in Airtable
Outreach Campaign Sync — weekly CSV dropped in Drive → candidate stages synced to Airtable
Commission Calculator — placement confirmed → commission splits calculated per ruleset → recruiters notified
The database:
Airtable with 3 linked tables (Clients, Roles, Candidates) plus a private Commission table. Per-recruiter filtered views, representation period auto-calculation formulas, and a manager view showing everything.
