In this role, you will be the engine behind our sales function, conducting deep market research, building compelling presentations, writing winning proposals, and keeping our content library organised and up to date. You will work closely with the sales and leadership teams to ensure every prospect interaction is backed by sharp insights and polished collateral. šŠšžš² š‘šžš¬š©šØš§š¬š¢š›š¢š„š¢š­š¢šžš¬: A) šŒššš«š¤šžš­ & š‚šØš¦š©šžš­š¢š­šØš« š‘šžš¬šžššš«šœš” • Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and client-specific research covering industry trends, recent company developments, and emerging pain points • Monitor key industry publications, analyst reports, and news feeds to surface timely intelligence for the sales team. • Synthesise findings into concise briefs and battle cards that sales reps can use in live conversations. B) šš«šžš¬šžš§š­ššš­š¢šØš§ šƒšžšÆšžš„šØš©š¦šžš§š­ • Design and build engaging, data-driven slide decks that articulate value propositions, ROI narratives, and relevant case studies. • Customise each deck to the target lead, aligning messaging with their industry, challenges, and strategic priorities. • Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand consistency across all visual assets. C) šš«šØš©šØš¬ššš„ š–š«š¢š­š¢š§š  • Develop formal, tailored proposals that clearly outline solutions, project phases, timelines, deliverables, and pricing. • Partner with cross-functional teams (product, delivery, finance) to ensure proposals are accurate and competitive. • Iterate on proposal drafts based on internal reviews and client feedback to maximise win rates. D) š‚šØš§š­šžš§š­ šŒššš§ššš šžš¦šžš§š­ • Build and maintain a centralised library of proposal templates, case studies, one-pagers, and sales collateral. • Establish version-control practices and a tagging system so the team can find the right asset quickly. • Regularly audit content for relevance, refreshing outdated materials and retiring obsolete ones. šš®ššš„š¢šŸš¢šœššš­š¢šØš§š¬ & š‘šžšŖš®š¢š«šžš¦šžš§š­š¬: • 2 – 5 years of experience in sales operations, business development support, or a similar role • Proven ability to produce high-quality research summaries, presentations, and written proposals • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides and document-editing tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail. • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment. šš¢šœšž š­šØ š‡šššÆšž: • Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and social-media marketing platforms. • Experience in the SaaS or digital-marketing industry. • Basic data-analysis or BI tool skills (Excel pivot tables, Looker, Tableau).
