AI-Powered Customer Service Bot for Shopify – n8n / Claude Code preferred I run an AI automation agency and am looking for a long-term development partner to outsource ongoing build work. Budget: $250–$350 Project Overview: We need a custom AI customer service chatbot built for a Shopify store to replace the native Shopify inbox widget. The bot needs to handle the following scenarios: Broken/defective buckles — collect a photo, then queue a replacement order Wrong item shipped — triage and resolve Shipment delays — handle "where is my order" inquiries Discount codes not working — flag and respond appropriately Key Requirements: Collect photos of damaged items from the customer Collect order number or email to match against the customer's Shopify account Automatically queue replacement orders in Shopify Approval workflow — team reviews and hits approve before any order is created Bot trained on existing Shopify inbox conversation history Replace the Shopify inbox chat widget with a fully custom-built solution Tech Stack Preference: I work heavily with n8n and Claude/Claude Code myself, so I'd love someone who leans on those tools. That said, if you have a better approach, I'm open to hearing it. Please include examples of similar builds in your proposal.
