Zoho Recruit Specialist (Part-Time – Remote) ATS & Recruitment Operations Support Job Type Part-Time – Remote Working Hours: 3 hours per day – 5 days per week Job Purpose We are looking for a skilled Zoho Recruit Specialist to support our recruitment operations by optimizing the system, managing job postings, screening candidates, and preparing shortlists for the HR team. Key Responsibilities Zoho Recruit System Management • Configure and customize Zoho Recruit modules and pipelines • Create and manage workflows, automations, and email templates • Maintain an organized and updated candidate database Recruitment Operations • Post job openings on Zoho Recruit and integrated job boards • Review applications and filter candidates based on job requirements • Prepare qualified shortlists for HR interviews • Track candidate progress and update statuses Reporting & Optimization • Generate basic recruitment reports • Suggest improvements to streamline the hiring process Training & Support • Provide guidance and best practices for effective system usage Requirements • Proven experience with Zoho Recruit (mandatory) • Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and ATS management • Experience in candidate screening and shortlisting • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Strong organizational and communication skills • Fluent in Arabic and English Preferred • Experience in fast-paced or agency environments • Knowledge of recruitment automation and integrations
