Overview We are a lean, globally distributed growth company operating across multiple brands in Australia and the US. We’re looking for a Webflow Designer & Developer to work across our portfolio of websites. This is not a blank-canvas creative design role. This is a: Structured Detail-oriented Technically capable Process-driven Webflow operator role You’ll primarily be: Building new pages within existing design systems Working from templates Managing CMS structures Implementing technical requirements Solving minor Webflow-related issues You must be comfortable operating inside an established visual system — not reinventing it. What You’ll Be Doing Building new landing pages using existing Webflow templates Creating CMS collections and dynamic content structures Managing responsive layouts (desktop/tablet/mobile) Ensuring consistent brand implementation across multiple sites Managing Webflow forms, integrations, and light automation Troubleshooting minor bugs and layout issues Supporting SEO implementation (meta, structure, technical hygiene) Working across multiple brands within our portfolio You will report to our Operations Manager based in Scotland. You must be available during GMT business hours for collaboration. What Success Looks Like (KPIs) Pages delivered accurately and on time Minimal revision cycles Clean class structure and naming conventions Zero breakage across breakpoints Fast turnaround on updates (24–72 hours typical tasks) Clean CMS architecture Low technical oversight required Required Experience 2+ years working in Webflow Strong understanding of CMS collections Responsive design mastery Experience working from existing design systems Ability to follow documentation and SOPs Comfortable with structured feedback Good written English Available during GMT hours Nice to Have Light custom code (HTML/CSS/JS) SEO fundamentals Experience managing multiple brand sites Understanding of performance optimization This Role Is NOT For: Agencies High-end creative designers who dislike templates Developers unavailable during GMT overlap People who need constant direction Engagement Structure Ongoing contract 10–25 hours per week initially Potential to scale Performance-based long-term relationship
