We are looking for a Senior AI Expert with a proven track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in document management systems (DMS), document creation platforms, and AI-integrated workflow environments. This is not a theoretical or research role. We are specifically seeking someone who has already delivered real-world AI implementations in document-heavy environments. What we are looking for is extensive hands-on experience with AI-powered document management systems, AI-driven document creation and automation, intelligent document processing (IDP), OCR and NLP pipelines, AI-based classification, tagging, summarization and search, as well as workflow automation supported by AI. You should also have experience integrating AI into existing platforms such as enterprise systems, SaaS tools, or internal platforms. A strong understanding of large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and structured data extraction is required. Experience working within secure and compliance-sensitive document environments is considered a strong advantage.
