We are a fashion brand preparing to upload 140 products to our TMALL store. We have: • A custom PSD detail page template • All product images ready • Structured image folders • A team preparing crops and naming conventions However, our current internal script for smart object replacement and batch slicing is unstable and taking too much time. We are looking for a technical expert who understands: • Tmall backend product upload system • Tmall batch upload (data package / bulk upload tools) • Automation workflows for product detail pages • Photoshop scripting or smart object automation (optional) • Image + SKU structured batch processing Our goal: Efficiently upload 140 products using our existing custom template without manually editing each product page one by one. Scope of Work: • Review our current workflow • Suggest a more efficient upload method • Help automate PSD template population if possible • Help optimize Tmall batch product creation • Provide clear scalable system for future collections We want a long-term scalable solution, not a one-time manual fix.
