I’m building a performance-focused creative production engine for DTC brands, and we’re currently scaling our internal structure. We’re looking for someone highly structured who can help manage batching, project flow, creator coordination and deadlines inside our platform. This is not a typical VA role. It’s closer to a Creative Operations / Production Coordinator position within a fast-moving performance creative environment. Your role would include: • Managing project flow inside our platform • Running creator assignment windows • Coordinating batches (no single-task chaos) • Following up on deadlines and uploads • Ensuring our creative team stays in their lane and focused We move fast and we operate on structure — not reactive chaos.
