We’re building a new internal data platform and are looking for a mid-to-senior Python backend engineer who can take architectural ownership of the technical implementation. Our data is currently stored on AWS, and the project involves designing a clean backend system and migrating existing data into a properly structured, scalable platform. This is not a simple CRUD application. The system will include: • Identity logic and deduplication • Global uniqueness handling • Long-term data integrity • PostgreSQL schema design • Clean, well-structured backend APIs • Safe and well-planned data migration Part of the platform will also involve AI integration (LLMs) for structured data extraction and validation workflows, so experience integrating LLMs into backend systems is important. Required Skills • Strong Python experience (FastAPI or Django preferred) • PostgreSQL & advanced schema design • AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM) • Experience with data migration / restructuring existing systems • Architectural thinking & ability to work independently
