Project Overview We are seeking a GoHighLevel Expert to design and implement a sophisticated CRM structure for a leading global mobility and fleet services provider. The goal is to manage two distinct pipelines: Dealer Management (B2B) and Customer Acquisitions (B2C/B2B), ensuring data is cumulative rather than overwritten. Scope of Work 1. CRM Architecture & Data Mapping Relational Data: Create a system where "Dealer Visits" are logged. These visits must be cumulative. We need to see a history of all "Comments" and "Next Actions" without losing data from previous months. Customer-Dealer Linking: Enable the ability to link specific Customer records to a Dealer Visit entry for cross-referencing. 2. Form Optimization & Logic Smart Entry: Create streamlined "Visit Forms" for Sales Managers that utilize dropdowns and search functions to select pre-populated Dealers/Contacts. Data Integrity: Implement logic to prevent duplicate entries (especially for company/customer names). Standardization: Clean up existing fields (e.g., converting "Industry" into a standardized dropdown) and separate "New Lead Registration" forms from "Existing Customer Visit" forms to reduce "clutter." 3. Reporting & Dashboards Build a dashboard that visualizes: Activity Tracking: Visibility into tasks linked to specific Customers or Dealers. 4. Workflow Automation Task Management: Set up automated internal task assignments triggered by form submissions that remain linked to the relevant CRM record. Technical Requirements Expert-level knowledge of GoHighLevel Custom Fields, Custom Objects, and Opportunity Pipelines. Experience with GHL Dashboards and (ideally) Google Looker Studio if native GHL reporting is insufficient for the requested stacked graphs. Proven ability to manage bulk data imports and database cleaning. Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles (Account Management vs. Lead Gen).
