Employment Type: Project-based / Part-time (Initial 2-week sprint) We’re hiring a Template Owner — a specialist who will design and configure production-ready templates inside our AI tool to generate high-quality video concepts and AI videos for launching AI-driven channels. This is not a content role. This is a systems + taste + AI role. You will sit at the intersection of video production and generative AI — selecting the right models (LLMs + image/video generation), building repeatable workflows, and documenting them clearly so AI creators can consistently produce high-quality output — not AI slop. What You’ll Do: - Define a clear quality benchmark for each topic/format (collect references, set the target bar) - Test and select the best available models and settings (LLMs + generative media) - Build structured templates inside the tool: step logic, prompt structure, parameters, constraints, quality criteria - Optimize outputs for: visual quality, pacing & rhythm, readability, retention dynamics, artifact cleanup - Write a concise 1–2 page “how-to” guide for AI creators: what to do, what not to do, how to quality-check results - Support AI creators during first executions and help them hit the quality bar - Document best practices and common failure cases to enable scaling What We’re Looking For: - Strong production taste — you deeply understand what “good video” looks like (structure, pacing, typography, rhythm, voice/audio quality) - Familiarity with modern AI tools (LLMs + generative image/video models) - Strong prompt engineering skills - Systems thinker — you build constraints, not just fixes - Curious, hands-on tester of new models and workflows - Clear written communicator who can create repeatable instructions If you think in systems, care deeply about production quality, and know how to turn AI into a controlled pipeline — we want to talk.
