We are building a production-grade automation system in Clay that:    •   Ingests job descriptions    •   Uses AI to generate structured persona criteria (JSON output)    •   Retrieves contacts via Apollo using segmented search logic    •   Scores and ranks candidates with AI    •   Runs a multi-step enrichment waterfall    •   Routes validated contacts into an outreach system    •   Includes retry logic and plausibility validation We are looking for a senior automation engineer and AI workflow expert who has built complex Clay workflows integrating:    •   Apollo (People search)    •   AI structured outputs    •   Enrichment APIs (Hunter, PDL, etc.)    •   Conditional branching    •   Pagination handling    •   Dedupe logic    •   Credit control and observability
