The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GoHighLevel's features and capabilities. Your task will include designing workflows, integrating necessary tools, and ensuring the system meets the unique needs of child care management. GoHighLevel specialist to build a complete, scalable system from the start not something pieced together that needs to be rebuilt later. To be clear on roles: Brightwheel will remain my operational system (tuition, attendance, daily childcare operations, staff management) GoHighLevel will sit in front of Brightwheel as the marketing and enrollment engine. GoHighLevel’s role will include: • Parent inquiries • Tour scheduling • Follow-ups and reminders • Waitlist management • CCS/subsidy interest capture • Enrollment pre-qualification • Light staff interest tracking I am not replacing Brightwheel. I want GoHighLevel to organize and automate everything leading up to enrollment only. Integration Expectations • No two-way sync required • One-way workflow is fine: • Leads move through GoHighLevel • Once approved, families are handed off to Brightwheel manually or via a simple trigger/notification Phase 1 Scope (Build Clean from Day One) • GoHighLevel account setup and structure • CRM pipelines (inquiries, tours, waitlist, enrollment stages) • Forms and calendars (inquiry + tour booking) • SMS and email automations (basic, not over-engineered) • Tour confirmations and follow-ups • Waitlist logic • Google Business Profile connection • Local SEO setup • Review automation • Google Ads readiness (tracking + conversion setup) • Basic reporting/dashboard Even if some modules (like staffing) are lighter in Phase 1, I want the architecture built now so the system is scalable without rebuilding later. Priorities • Enrollment growth first • Clean workflows • Easy management • Compliance-friendly setup • No overly complex automation in Phase 1 Once enrollment and operations are stable, I’m open to expanding automation depth in a later phase.
