About the Role We are seeking an AI Workflow Automation Specialist with hands-on expertise in n8n automation, AI content generation, and AI video creation. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize end-to-end automation workflows for marketing, newsletters, CRM, and learning content. This is a project-based role with the potential for long-term collaboration. You will not just execute tasks—you will own systems, streamline processes, and bring AI-powered solutions to life. Key Responsibilities 1. AI Newsletter & Content Automation Build end-to-end automated workflows for newsletters and other content using GPT, Claude, or similar AI models. Automate content generation, formatting, and distribution to reduce manual work. Maintain clean, structured workflows for content creation and delivery. 2. Marketing & CRM Automation Design and implement marketing and CRM workflows primarily using n8n, integrating APIs, webhooks, and JSON data. Ensure CRM data integrity: no duplicates, broken pipelines, or messy opportunities. Connect content, lead capture, and follow-ups into structured, efficient workflows. 3. AI Video & E-Learning Content Creation Develop AI-generated video content using tools such as Synthesia.io. Create e-learning modules and interactive content using Articulate 360, Articulate.com, and Easygenerator.com. Experience with Veo3.2, Sora2, and Seedance 2.0 is a strong plus. 4. AI Workflow & Prompt Optimization Optimize AI prompts to improve output quality. Build scalable automation systems for content and workflow generation. Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements across marketing, CRM, and learning systems. Required Skills (Non-Negotiable) Proven hands-on experience with n8n automation. Strong experience using GPT, Claude, or similar AI tools. Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and JSON workflows. Understanding of CRM systems and lead lifecycle logic. Ability to independently design and maintain automation systems. Strong written English and clear communication. Ideal Candidate Philippines-based preferred (not required). Works independently with minimal supervision. Has built real automation systems (portfolio or examples required). Problem-solver with strong systems thinking.
