Advanced ClickUp Architecture – Manufacturing Tooling Control System Project Brief: I am seeking a senior-level ClickUp consultant to architect and implement a structured Tooling & FAI Control System for an aerospace manufacturing plant. This is NOT a basic workspace setup. I require a properly engineered ClickUp architecture designed for operational control, lifecycle governance, supplier tracking, risk visibility, and executive dashboards. The system will initially manage 22 active part numbers and must be scalable. Scope includes: Architecting Spaces / Folders / Lists properly Designing a standardized lifecycle template (~60+ structured subtasks per PN) Implementing gate-based progression logic Configuring advanced Custom Fields (Gate Status, Tool Type, Build Location, Risk Level, Target Dates, financial exposure) Building automations (overdue flags, FAI alerts, risk triggers) Creating a functional executive dashboard including: Programs by Gate Projects at Risk Tools due in next 60 days FAI pipeline External supplier workload Dashboard must be operationally meaningful, not cosmetic.
