The researcher will conduct advanced research, analyse data, develop optimization models, and produce high-quality manuscripts addressing contemporary challenges in electrical distribution systems. Required Proficiency • Proficient in power system analysis and optimization software (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, ETAP, OpenDSS, PSCAD). • Familiarity with optimization methodologies (linear/nonlinear programming, heuristic/metaheuristic methods). • Experience with Machine Learning models. • Experience with machine learning and signal processing for fault detection and prediction • Familiarity with inverter-based resources, low-inertia grids, and renewable integration • Understanding of cybersecurity principles for substation automation • Expertise in digital twin development and HIL testing frameworks • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++ • Strong background in multi-sensor data fusion and graph signal processing • Ability to design and validate adaptive, wide-area, and out-of-step protection schemes • Excellent problem-solving, research, and writing skills To Apply: • Share your prior research works, such as Google Scholar or ORCID
