Job Description: We are a small healthcare company seeking an experienced contractor to set up and configure Nimble CRM and Asana to streamline contact management and internal workflows. This is a systems build-out project. We need structure, automation, and clarity. Scope of Work Nimble CRM Setup Connect Nimble to Microsoft 365 / Outlook Configure contact capture from email history and ongoing communication Build structured contact properties (referral source, organization, role, status, etc.) Create segmented lists (including domain-based filtering) Set up group email functionality with personalization Clean and import existing contact data (CSV) Establish tagging and relationship tracking system Provide brief documentation and walkthrough Asana Setup: Build structured onboarding workflow for new patients Create task templates with role-based assignments Configure automation so tasks move sequentially Set supervisor alerts for incomplete tasks Ensure notifications are limited to once daily unless urgent Build a simple dashboard view for leadership oversight Deliverables Fully configured Nimble CRM Fully configured Asana workflow system Basic SOP documentation 1–2 live walkthrough sessions 30 days of light post-setup support Ideal Candidate Experience building Nimble for small businesses Strong Asana automation experience Can deliver quickly and cleanly
