We are an AI consulting company helping businesses automate processes, improve customer experience, and scale using artificial intelligence. We’re looking for a freelance filmmaker/content creator who can help us document, produce and scale our content across multiple channels. This is not just a videographer role — we want someone who understands storytelling, business content, and brand positioning. What we currently do: We run a company podcast about AI, automation, and business We publish reels on Instagram that drive traffic to the podcast We build personal-brand content showing the inside of our company, clients, and projects We plan to expand into YouTube videos, documentary-style content, and educational formats What we need from you: Filming podcast sessions, office content, and business stories Creating short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style edits) Producing YouTube-style videos and documentary/business storytelling pieces Helping structure content narratives (not just recording) Editing or coordinating editing workflows (optional but valuable) Requirements: Proven experience working with companies or personal brands (not just events or weddings) Strong storytelling and content instincts Based in Spain or willing to travel across Spain when needed Availability to start soon Entrepreneurial mindset — we want someone who wants to grow with us, not just execute tasks Fluent in Spanish (English is a plus) Nice to have: Experience with business, marketing, or tech-related content Ability to help plan content strategy Experience filming founders, teams, and behind-the-scenes business content Engagement: This would start as a freelance collaboration with recurring projects, with the potential to grow into a long-term partnership.
