I’m looking for a Make.com specialist to help debug an existing automation and guide me through best practices via screen share. Context: I’m an Account/Project Manager who uses Jira daily and want to streamline reporting and workflow visibility using Make. I’m fairly new to the platform and want to understand how to maintain the automations myself. Current issue: One of my scenarios (Jira → email summary) is sending multiple emails instead of a single clean weekly summary and isn't reading the time logged correctly. Scope (initial session 1–2 hours): * Debug and fix existing Make automation * Set up a weekly Jira hours summary email (aggregated) * Alert when a client reaches ~80% of retainer hours * Flag tickets where logged time exceeds estimates (log to Google Sheets + Slack notification) * Walk me through the logic and structure so I can manage it going forward (screen share + explanation) * Open to other ideas to help my workday more efficient using Make Requirements: * Strong experience specifically with Make.com * Experience with Jira integrations, aggregators, filters, and scheduled scenarios * Ability to explain clearly during a live session (Loom or Zoom) Please include: * Estimated time and fixed cost for the initial setup session
