I run a residential cleaning business and I’m looking to automate texts via Quo and emails via Gmail with data from Booking Koala, with the goal of automating communication between my customers and my cleaners. Please see below for some of the SMS automations I want, some of which will also send accompanying emails. Those automations include: -Follow up SMS to prospect when booking was discussed but not booked -SMS sent to customer when a job is booked -SMS sent to cleaner when job becomes available -SMS sent to customer 24 hours before booking -SMS sent to cleaner 24 hours before booking -SMS sent to customer if they haven’t uploaded job photos or parking instructions -SMS sent to cleaner 1 hour before booking -SMS sent to customer when cleaner is on the way -SMS sent to cleaner if they don’t hit “on the way” or don’t clock in -SMS sent to cleaner to remind them to clock out -SMS sent to customer following up on a completed booking asking for feedback
