We are looking for a Google Sheets expert with strong Shopify experience to help us upload thousands of products into our Shopify store. We already have product data in spreadsheets (scraped data, vendor sheets, pricing sheets, etc.), and we need someone who can: Clean and structure large datasets in Google Sheets Build formulas to automate title, description, tags, pricing, SEO fields, and variants Create fully optimized Shopify CSV files ready for import Handle product variations properly (size, color, series, etc.) Ensure correct formatting for bulk uploads Organize images and link them correctly Work collaboratively with our internal team This is not just basic data entry — we need someone who understands: Shopify CSV structure SEO-friendly product titles & descriptions Variant logic and parent/child relationships Pricing logic (MSRP, cost-based formulas, etc.) Inventory settings and bulk editing Requirements Advanced Google Sheets skills (formulas, automation, structured templates) Proven Shopify bulk upload experience Experience working with large catalogs (1,000+ SKUs) Strong attention to detail Good communication and ability to work with a team Bonus If You Have: Experience with scraped data cleanup Experience with toner, office supplies, or e-commerce wholesale catalogs Experience creating reusable templates Please include in your proposal: Examples of Shopify bulk upload projects you’ve done Your approach for handling large product catalogs Your availability
