I am the developer of whatapp bot and im trying to add a standard Mastercard credit card which already is used for ads in the same account and region. This has nothing to do with the payment method because the meta website site doesnt even allow me to enter any credit card information or choose a different payment method. im unable to solve this with meta support bots. There must be something wrong on metas end either on the page (I have tried different browsers) or in the way how the account is configured. I cannot do much than click "add payment" - if that makes a window pop up with an error then I do not know. see screenshot. i need someone with insight (and possible a direct contact to meta) who make sure the account is configured correctly so a payment method can be added.
