This requires operational precision, automation logic, and custom functionality. Business Model Overview: • Customers purchase a jacket. • They upload their own custom design (front and/or back). • Design placement must be restricted to predefined print areas (left chest positioning aligned with mockups). • Customers must be able to resize, reposition and preview their uploaded design inside a defined boundary box before purchase. • Orders are made-to-order (no stock). • Every order may contain different artwork. • Supplier is based in China and ships directly to the final customer under my brand. Core Requirements: 1. Full Shopify store build (premium, conversion-focused, clean structure). 2. Advanced Custom Product Page including: – High-resolution file upload – Visual bounding box for design positioning – Resize / drag functionality – Clear placement preview aligned with product images – Print size options – Material & product specification section (fabric composition, zipper type, built-in balaclava, etc.) 3. Full automation of order transmission: – Customer data – Size – Quantity – Uploaded design files – Placement specifications – Automatic tracking sync back into Shopify Important: The supplier does NOT have a Shopify app. Manual order processing is NOT acceptable. Integration must be handled via: • Custom API • Middleware (Zapier, Make) • Or a scalable custom solution. 4. Checkout & Payment: – Fully functional checkout flow – Proper redirection to payment gateways – Support for EU payment methods (Shopify Payments, PayPal, MB Way or equivalent) – Clear payment confirmation system 5. Automated Email Flow: Customers must receive automated updates at: – Order confirmation – Sent to production – Production completed – Shipped – Delivered 6.
